Leonardo da Pisa or Leonardo Pisano (1175-1250), known as Fibonacci, was an Italian mathematician known as the discoverer of the Fibonacci numbers and his role in introducing the system of writing and calculating Arabic numbers to the European world. Fibonacci numbers are numbers where each number is the sum of the two numbers that precede it, which startedfrom 0 and 1.

Fibonacci numbers are numbers that indicate the existence of God. The origin of the Fibonacci numbers which are considered to be God’s numbers is that if you divide one of the numbers in the Fibonacci series by the previous number, you will get results whose magnitudes are very close to each other and become a stable fixed number in the 13th series and so on, namely 1.816, and known as the golden ratio.
Mathematicians have studied the properties of the golden ratio ever sincezaman first. The golden ratio is the ratio of the diagonals of a regular pentagon to its sides. The most widely used forms of the golden ratio are Golden Rectangles, Golden Circle, Golden Spiral and Golden Triangles. Other names for the golden ratio include the extreme and average ratio called Euclid, the middle part, the divine proportion called Luca Pacioli, the golden number, and Phidias’ average.
The golden ratio is said to be a ratio that can produce beauty. From the research conducted, figuresgolden ratiofound in many things in this universe. Like, conformity to the composition of the human body, matching the proportions of nature, the mecca of architecture and art to achieve a high level of aesthetics, formulate the center of the world.
The suitability of the golden ratio number for the human body is like if you measure the length of a finger, then compare it with the length of the curve of the finger, you will find 1.618. And the ratio between body height and the distance from the navel to the soles of the feet is 1,618, and many more.In nature, the golden ratio is also found, which is like the pattern that arranges sunflower seeds from the center of the flower to the outer part following the arrangementgolden ratio. In the formulation of world centers such as The distance between Mecca and the North Pole and the distance between Mecca and the South Pole is 1.618. In addition, the proportion of the distance between the South Pole and Mecca to the distance between the two poles is 1.618 units. Sertathe distance from Mecca to the solstice line from the west side and the world latitude perimeter a together with golden ratio.
We can see the golden ratio in the legendary work, namely the painting “Monalisa” by Leonardo Da Vinci. Thenfoundalso on the logos of well-known companies such as Apple, Coca-Cola, and Twitter. The golden ratio can also create a layout for posters, books, etc., especially in setting the font size used, so that it becomes more attractive and easy to read.
